🇮🇹Biketouren in Südtirol

Superduper final round today with very good bike conditions again ... we saw the rain showers when we did, then always over the other mountains, with us 2 times 5 min.



By car into Schnalstal to Karthaus (that's where the Karthäus monks come from!)… .., from there 900 m bike up to Klosteralp at 2123 m… voir plus

Significantly better weather conditions again today:

A couple of times very light fissure for a few minutes, otherwise dry and also a lot of sun, but also low-hanging clouds, especially in the morning



From Goldrain into Schnalstal and after a few km on the Schnalstalstasse right up over the Fuchsberg over… voir plus

For two or three days now, Birgit has been complaining of a scratchy throat, almost like a sore throat ...

.... And today, the weather was rather modest anyway, so we went to Merano to find something for the sore throat ......

... a pair of new shoes or a handbag, maybe that has often helped in the past… voir plus

Today we had a good hand with the timing again ... .:

After 6 days and nights at the campsite, with now rather changeable and inconsistent prospects, we switched to the hotel for a few more days in Vinschgau….

I couldn't end the day so completely without bicycles….

So after our mountain tour we took the bike out of the car and rolled down a quick descent, 1400 m on asphalt from the upper PP in the Martell valley down to Goldrain ..

800 m before the project appraisal again canceled for no apparent reason ...

Today it was wise not to start with the bike at all, so that a real hiking tour could come about ...

Today, rain and thunderstorms were predicted in the afternoon, so a morning tour from Goldrain to Naturns for wellness….

Short-term change of destination due to weather conditions: Instead of heading towards western Switzerland / Aosta Valley, we first decided on South Tyrol and have now ended up in Vinschgau ...

Beau tour de Hafling (maison de Haflinger), d'abord jusqu'au domaine skiable de Meran 2000, puis sur un grand sentier d'abord jusqu'au Kreuzjoch à 2081 m, puis jusqu'au Stone Mandln, une collection de centaines de cairns de toutes tailles à seulement plus de 2000m. .

Temps vélo parfait aujourd'hui, même trop chaud à Meran... au retour un peu plus de 30°

Longue allée avec 1600 Hm jusqu'au Vigiljoch... monter et descendre des sentiers jusqu'au NaturnserAlm

Après un bon déjeuner, retour sur d'autres sentiers jusqu'au Vigiljoch et sur la laque noire pour le café de l'apr… voir plus

De Meran à près de 300 m jusqu'à la GompmAlm à 1850 m, par petites routes, chemins forestiers et quelques km de sentiers de randonnée au bout...

Après un bon déjeuner, descente dans la vallée du Passeier par des chemins de gravier, des petites routes, et plus loin quelques sentiers forestiers et de prairie… voir plus
