Today it should be cloudy, good opportunity for our 1st hike on Lake Starnberg.

Don't believe a weather report until the weather itself is there. Yesterday's forecast for today was devastating. There should be rain and thunderstorms today. I was really sad that our bike tour should literally fall into the water 💦. Then this morning a look out of the window and lo and behold… voir plus

Today's selection fell on a lap around the Kochelsee. We started directly from our hotel, first a little way next to the road until a junction soon comes that leads us past open meadows and houses. It goes towards Schlehdorf. Soon we come over a bridge into the forest and are already on the rock path… voir plus

After we arrived in Grainau at noon, we decided to walk around the Eibsee. The setting is great. I can't take my eyes off the mountains at all. A hiking trail goes as a feeder to the Eibsee, where the actual circular route is located. But as soon as I got there, I was horrified at how many people there… voir plus

Today we decided to do a different kind of tour. We walked from Grainau on a panorama path to the hiking trail in the direction of Höllentalklamm. It is a rocky climb to the entrance of the gorge. Entry 5 €.

But then it gets really great, roaring, wet and impressive.

It feels like we ran twice as much today 🤔. After it didn't work out on our last tour, we hiked the Herzogstand today. Originally we wanted to walk the equestrian trail to the Herzogstand. We then decided at short notice on the variant from the valley station of the mountain railway. The increase is… voir plus

Today it should be something flat. So we take on the Walchensee. Since it is too big for us to hike with 26 km, we just let ourselves drift. After about 4.5 km the rain sets in and we linger under a tree until we see a small hut, which is on the pasture, right next to the fence. We dare, and the hut… voir plus
