We liked this 4th stage on the fishing path best. Very varied, some Bach crossings, always great views of the rough coast and a little climbing with the use of hands. There are a lot of storks here, they live high on the cliffs, in the wetlands around the Rio Seixe they find plenty of food.

Pour résumer : beaucoup de routes et beaucoup de sable... le sable c'est beau et épuisant. Les vues sur la côte compensent tous les efforts. Enfin, on comble le temps d'attente du bus en admirant les surfeurs 🏄🏾‍♂️ - malheureusement les haltes sont fermées.

cette étape gagne en charme au fur et à mesure qu'elle progresse. Au bout de la longue belle plage de sable - super.

La ville elle-même a 2 bons restaurants. La reprise est donc assurée.

Nous atteignons le point le plus au sud-ouest de l'Europe continentale et nous nous donnons une tape dans le dos. Surtout quand le panneau indiquant Santiago de Cacem apparaît, c'était notre objectif en 2018. A 217 km...

Sagres s'avère être une impasse : le bus circule rarement, il n'y a pas de taxis réguliers, encore moins un Uber. Malheureusement, le bus de 10h10 ne s'arrête pas à Salema. C'est pourquoi nous ne commençons pas à Salema mais à Figueira.
