12 Tage von Guarda nach Faido - 2021

Today was the first day of our 13 day long tour across the mountains towards Ambri😅, a nice run-in, without rain, from Guarda to Zernez.

Wonderful tour with lots of sun ☀️ A day of enjoyment with lots of breaks and a great view of the mountains 😅

Today the tour led to the Pian Grand. Very small and cozy. You can cook yourself. Today it was cool on the ascent but comfortable to run. We have been on the road for 8 days now. After a restless night with a loud snorer, we start over a pass. Over a narrow valley 1400 meters down we land in Calanca valley. In Rossa we find an ancient, cozy albergo to stay overnight.

Today we enjoyed a flat and retired stage. It's a beautiful route through a river landscape with giant rocks and pretty mountain villages.

Wonderful ascent through forests and beautiful alpine settlements.

Unfortunately last tour after two weeks without rain 😎. It was a great day with my hiking friends. Our 43rd tour (in 43 years) was, as always, eventful and very relaxing away from the "normal" world.
