The Nordsternpark always offers something good to eat with Heiner's gastronomy! Here you can take a break and have a bite to eat in the pub or outside in the beer garden! There is also mining romance here! The 2 winding towers of the Nordstern colliery are still there! One of them is disguised and the "Hercules" is enthroned on its roof! In 1997 the Federal Garden Show took place in the park! Today it is still a beautiful landscape park and belongs to the route of industrial culture! Definitely a highlight for cyclists who ride the Rhine-Herne Canal!
