Today we ran the fourth stage of the Diemeltaler Butterfly Trail from Liebenau via Lamerden and Eberschütz to Ostheim (we drove the section from Ostheim to Liebenau by bus). I went from Quast to Bad Karlshafen, went to the thermal baths in the evening and returned the next day ....

Therme in Bad Karlshafen is nice and salty. Can't go down there, fun

Sina, we always met a few mountain bikers, but it's definitely still an insider tip, as you say. We have also been to the thermal baths in Bad Karlshafen a couple of times, great. Combining both, great idea 👍😊.
