At KM 3 after the Kirchberg exit, please take the slightly rising forest path and do not accidentally take the bike path directly on Gellertstrasse. KM 39.8 you take the meadow path (off grid but good ground) at the edge of the forest and not the forest path 20 meters in front of it.

KM 46.5 bridge stairs, MTBs can do it, gravelers too, but they are material-tiring.

KM 70, difficult to see tree bypass. Look good, it goes off the path at right angles instead of following the path to the fallen trees. Technically enjoyable :)

The Döberitzer Heide should be freely navigable again. At the weekend it is always possible, sometimes during the week closures for forest work.
