Today the 4th part. A bit shorter but with a very nice hiking trail as a section.

The paths were easy to walk on and the sports club was preparing a 10 and 20 km run there, which will be started at the weekend.

And so it is now slowly for me on the Sintfeld-Höhenweg. You just do what you can. I only have to spare myself this WE. So no further tour for the next 3-5 days.

Hello Franz, if you have to take it easy, there is certainly a good reason for it. I therefore wish you a quick and sustainable regeneration. For someone who likes to move on their own, it is unpleasant to forego activities. The paperwork currently binds me to my desk.
