To take the way over Hetschbach is not to be recommended with luggage and touring bike. The crossing of the B45 above Mrs. Nauses is only for tired of life an alternative, not with children !. I can not recommend this section. Better to follow the forest path to Heubach and cross the B45 there at the pedestrian lights.

drive this tour over the Hering, Hessbach and Humentroth over Förstel to Mümling Crumbach. A really great alternative.
