Always happy to go there. Also in the tower. Nice beer garden. Beautiful in the sun "above" or protected under the trees. And not so crowded.

Opposite the elevated water tank is a building that houses the Hanoverian jazz club. It can be seen in one of the photos. There is currently a large poster hanging there that says 1970-2020, 50 years of the jazz club. Of course, memories come back to Mike Gehrke, the former head of this cultural institution. He also cared for the image of the city of Hanover and looked after the flea market on Hohen Ufer. But that Lindener Berg is now 89 m high is a strange surprise for me. I went to school up there and remembered the height as about 52 or 56 m.
