The Mallinckrodthof is part of two noble residences in the municipality Borchen. Today, the beautiful Fachwerkhof serves as a cultural and event venue. In addition to a restaurant with Westphalian / French cuisine there are Christmas markets at Christmas time and many other events over the rest of the year.

In the old Mallinckrodthof in Nordborchen there are today u.a. a cafe and restaurant. The old forces is completely preserved and everything is back in good condition.

The restaurant and cafe is quite outstanding and worth a visit. There is also a nice, large playground right next to the restaurant.
