In Almetal, the railway line had to be routed more often over bridges. One of these historic, old stone bridges still stands here at the "entrance" of the valley.

Here you drive from the parking lot under the bridge of the disused Almetalbahn over the Alme in Nordborchen and often you do not notice it, because it is so fast. If you come from 'the other side' you have more time to look at the bridge.
