Randonnée - Incontournable
The Epprechtstein came in honor in 1805 when the Prussian royal couple Friedrich Wilhelm III visited. and his wife Luise. For this purpose, new paths were created, tables and benches were set up and the steps up to the castle ruins were built. The Luis table below the castle ruins commemorates this event, and you can still take a break here today, as the royal couple once did.

The Luisentisch is a resting place made of stone for hikers not far from the Epprechtstein castle. It is a beautiful and idyllic place.
