A lot of history in the middle of the forest: The Molkenhaus was built at the beginning of the 19th century to be able to milk the cattle from the area directly on site and thus save the downslift towards Bad Harzburg. Since the Second World War, the cozy wooden house serves as a destination and restaurant with good home cooking Harzer. You can stop in between April and October daily between 10 and 17.30, Thursday is day off!
