Her delight is so contagious. I sat in a particularly pretty spot off the beaten track and was laughing very heartily as she darted after every fallen acorn.

I had a look at my maps when I got home and there are some footpaths around Farley that aren't on the Komoot maps. There are some that go near to the lakes that you mentioned and through the estate. It is worth exploring the area around Alton Towers. Also some nice walks from Ellastone. Lucky loved his… voir plus
