Today's tour can be divided into two sections.

The first section leads, as usual, through our city on my favorite little paths towards Schwansbell Castle and Preußenhafen through the Seepark. It can certainly be ridden with a normal bike, as can the rest of the area up to the bike park.

No they are included with the gopro. At the moment I'm tucking it into my handlebar bag 🤓
