Today I tried a longer morning run again, but it went very badly. My left calf kept blocking, so I had to build in a lot of walking intervals. I think my time has never been this bad.

Komoot itself only records the time in motion; the app stops when it comes to a standstill. But you always mentioned a movement and a totality in your tours. Is there a way to record both times? Thank you for a short feedback.
