Once "with everything" around Rüggeberg, i.e. forest, field, meadow and water and then briefly over to the Greek 🇬🇷 - almost to the bike-in 🌮. Then I had the stupid idea to shorten the way home and cycled up Homberge 🏔️ (look at the last third of the height profile). I lost a piece of my lungs… voir plus

So, first fueled the BM candidate's energy and then bravely up the Berninghauser.

But, I prefer to take the longer route via Wilhelmshöher or Kirch.- & Heinrichstr. ;-)

Hai Diving Duck, I have to memorize the road combination for the next mountain lift. I usually drive through the Heilenbeck valley. The vertical meters must always be done to get from the valley to the mountain, but the incline is more bearable.
