A demanding but very rewarding tour over the rugged peaks Frauenkopf 1304 m, Schober 1328 m and Drachenwand 1060 m. Surefootedness and a head for heights are prerequisites, some of which are secured with wire rope passages. The scenic tour is rewarded with various fantastic views and delightful deep…
I'm really excited about that again. Great round. Did you climb the Drachenwand without via ferrata equipment?
Thanks Matthias, I didn't climb the via ferrata, I took the mountain path to the summit. Via ferrata only with equipment that I don't have.
Great!
Really great! 👍💪😄
Admirable performance on these paths and meters in altitude - the cold beer was more than deserved! 👍👍👍😊
Thank you very much 😊 today I really deserve my rest day
Wow, I think the tour is great. Your pictures too. 👍👍👍🤓
Matthias Brandt, you ask if we didn't have any climbing equipment? I didn't have any either, because meanwhile I was sitting comfortably on the paddle steamer "Kaiser Franz Josef" on the Wolfgangsee😉 Magnificent view of the mountains, highly recommended! 🤗
Thank you Suse, up here on the summit you only see how small a person is compared to nature, simply terrific
Decent tour! 👍
Now I've at least seen the Drachenloch from above again - I'm over and haven't even seen the yellow sign / probably still intoxicated from the ascent and the view🤦♂️😆🙋♂️
You can climb the Drachenwand from behind without a via ferrata set - a very rewarding view - the via ferrata is of course pretty too👌
