So from the lake you drive a little over 1.5 hours. Maybe you can stay one night and enjoy even more highlights in the area, e.g. Schelklingen, Blaubeuren, Ulm, or one of the fantastic hiking suggestions in Komoot, e.g. mine from the Große Lauter.
