Stranded in Würzburg.
On the way back from Stuttgart, Bernd took me to Würzburg in his car. My plan there was actually to travel home by train with a short stop in Schweinfurt, which I don't know yet.
The train's display board only spat out a few regional trains. The unusual trains have been left out right…
To be fair, you have to say that you have that, and we have the results, thanks only to Mr Weselsky. So it's not all bad ... you put the city in the limelight in a chic way, I don't remember it so beautifully. I've always found it narrow, you widen it, so to speak ... 🤩🔝📷🔝📷👏
It's good that you were stranded in such a beautiful place as Würzburg 🤩 It could have been worse 😉
Absolutely true, "Beyond the Horizon". Thank you for your comment.
I'm also split in two near Würzburg, Burkhard, but not because of the narrowness, which I didn't even feel, but because of the large number of ugly post-war buildings in the city center. Wikipedia writes: 'During the reconstruction, significant individual monuments such as most of the churches in the…
There is no better way to use the waiting time. Compared to your Würzburg tour on December 9, 2020, you definitely had much better weather this time. I have fond memories of the city, but my visit is almost barred, it was over 20 years ago. I like the cover picture you have chosen very much and the one…
Thank you for your praise, Silvia.
Lutz's art is more the work of the architects whom I admire for the facade they have created. It shows that functional buildings can also have their charm. I took this photo mainly as an example for the subjects of sequence and rhythm in photography / art. I'm still…
Würzburg, how wonderful, Lutz. Thanks for the great pictures, some of which I remember from childhood. Würzburg was already full of people at that time 🙋♀️
Thank you, Gabriela. Now we are a little closer to your hometown ad Mergentheim 😃.
You're right. And soon to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, in the lovely Taubertal. There should be Federweiss and onion tart right now 😘
RobT is already on the plan 😀. But probably only in transit next autumn, when I have to go back to Stuttgart for maintenance.
Federweißer and onion cake. Oh dear, good digestion and turning your head are inevitable 🤪.
