The short section of the railway line led to the former freight van Van Gend en Loos.

The landfill is not in Borgharen but in Maastricht Bosscherveld, you can probably see Borgharen on the other side of the Meuse.

At the city port is not a wood factory but the workshop for woodwork (timmerfabriek) and… voir plus

Addendum after a short time travel (here among other things after 1925) with the help of topotijdreis.nl:

- The Abfalldedonie (Belvedereberg) in the north covered since about 1980 another brickyard

- There was a small steel plant near the freight yard

- The cut off highway ramp was probably built in the… voir plus

What I would like to know. @Dido. Did you upload the pictures to your mobile phone in the NL of the hotel (Pension), or in Germany first? Because I do not know exactly what it looks like when camping in the NL with Wi-Fi and I have only 2 GB available. Because it is getting scarce with pictures upload
