Today another beautiful snow hike on the extra tour H 3 in the Habichtswald near Kassel. A varied round of scenic forest edges, across extensive meadows and through the enchanting winter forest. On the tour was the idyllic Silbersee, the Hohe Gras and the Essigberg with the telecommunications tower. To our great joy, the sun could be seen from time to time 🌞. The hike is beautiful in all seasons, in winter with snow we walked it for the first time.

Today a nice winter hike on the extra tour H2 near Zierenberg. Start of the car park on the Alpenpfad. First of all, the path leads over the Alpine path. Then it goes up to the Helfensteine and the heights of Dörnberg. Very nice snow here ❄❄ and great views. Continue through the forest, past the Cafe Friedrichstein and to the Wichtelkirche, a rock formation. Then continue on the hunter's path. Finally up again on the Schreckenberg with the observation tower.
Overall a very varied tour with many highlights. We have been here many times in the summer, but this winter hike was a premiere. 😊❄⛄🌨🌞9 janvier 2021

Yesterday another wonderful cross-country ski tour on the Hohe Pön and Kahle Pön ⛷ trails near Usseln. The mood yesterday was very special 🙂. While we were still able to drive with good visibility at the beginning, the fog became thicker and thicker over time and pushed up to the heights of the Kahler Pön. It was very moving for all of us that we were allowed to move in this mystical, graceful and unique winter landscape ☃️ ❄ 🌨 ... indescribably beautiful ☃️ 🌞 ❄

Today beautiful cross-country skiing tour to Ettelsberg with high storage basin and Siggishütte, where there was almost no human soul. Continue over the Hochheide area, the Alten Hagen and the beautiful Ittertal. Today it was overcast, often mystical through the fog and nature tone on tone ☃️ ❄ 🌨 🌞.
