Antidepressant stroll between the pleasant ups and downs of the Karst and the sea. A couple of dirt roads and a shortcut in the woods from San Lorenzo towards the Cottur cycle path and then head towards Muggia. From there other interesting routes would start but there was no time. Return to Trieste…

Wonderful ride starting from Quinis and then going up to Muina, Luincis and exit before Prato to avoid the state road (Villa Santina, Ovaro) ... Road that deserves. Then Val Pesarina to Casera Razzo, Sella di Rioda and descent passing through Sauris and Ampezzo.
