A nice ride taking in a few local points of interest, nothing too strenuous, just a nice mellow cycle using mainly quiet country lanes and cycle paths.

A nice easy ride, mainly using the roads and cyclepaths
The first section along and up the bridleway was unexpectedly tough today in the heat as it is surprisingly steep in parts but I was rewarded with some great views, some lovely wildflowers and the sight and sound of the wind blowing lazily through the Wheat fields.
