The remote parts of the port are the real highlights for us Hamburgers, for the tourists the food stalls of half the cathedral have been set up at the landing stages, although I couldn't get past the churros 😅

Another wonderful round through the Lüneburg Heath at a crisp 3 ° C and partly icy wind, but the paths were almost deserted and consistently easy to walk.

The Brodten cliffs are worth a visit at any time of the year, I am here every 6 months and over the years it looks different every time. Coffee and cake at Hermannshöhe unfortunately had to be canceled this time, because of lock-down light it is unfortunately closed here.

Nice Sunday round in Kirchwerder with delicious ice cream in the Riepenburger Mühle, coffee and cake looked very tempting at Hofcafé Eggers. The perfect end was planned with an Alster in the beer garden at Zollenspieker Fährhaus, but unfortunately the beer garden season will already be over in mid-October.

Nice round on a rainy Sunday through the Hahnheide nature reserve with a detour to the Büttenwarder Dorfkrug 😉



Great view from the Hahnheider Tower, the last part there is a very steep climb by North German standards 😄

Starting point at the Schlosswiese car park, then first with the excursion boat to the Römnitz landing stage as the starting point of the actual round trip 😊

Autumn round with occasional rain through the Fischbeker Heide. On remote forest paths and paths to the Hasselbrack Stein, a really nice round no matter what time of year.
