In particular, the way there needs stable wheels and people who are not afraid of grass paths and gravel. But then you are on beautiful, quiet paths in the otherwise densely populated and busy Ried.



The connection between start and finish goes every 20/30 minutes with the

Train.

That was a really nice winter hike today. We also met almost no people - except at the summit of Melibokus - which in these times can be quite relevant for the decision whether to go on such a tour or not. This was a nice tour in corona times. But be careful! On the Neunkircher Höhe it was already very crowded on Sundays - so full that the police blocked the access roads and there were fights in the parking lot in Neunkirchen (see message in the Darmstädter Echo from January 4th, 2021).
