La destination d'aujourd'hui était les ruines du château d'Allerburg. Le point de départ était l'ancienne gare de Zwinge. Comme les falaises de Dieteröder étaient encore un point vierge sur notre carte de randonnée, nous avons décidé d'y aller aujourd'hui. Correspondant à la météo, nous sommes allés au Sonnenstein aujourd'hui. Nous sommes d'abord passés devant le monument Iseke au brun Bühl (428 m). Vue toujours sous le soleil 🌞. Le soleil nous a attirés, malgré les températures glaciales. À travers les dunes de fin d'automne, nous avons marché de manière variée sur des chemins étroits, de larges sentiers de randonnée, des chemins d'herbe et des rampes boueuses aux détours vers le Dünkreuz.

Ce fut un tour réussi et décontracté. ??

Le temps ensoleillé de l'automne nous a attirés dans la nature. Dans l'espoir de feuilles d'automne colorées, nous nous sommes dirigés vers le réservoir de Birkung.

Continuation of our local history tours: From Adelsborn we went on Eselsgasse past the graves of those from Wintzingerode (beautiful view) to Kanstein (approx. 30 m high limestone formation). Short Sonnenstein tour from Brehme over the Wildungen desert, Brehmequelle and Brauner Bühl through forests and beautiful flower meadows.

The beautiful weather today led us to the Ohmberg and the Hauröder cliffs. After the ascent over the "Lungenprüfer" we were able to enjoy the view of the Sonder, Sonnenstein and Holungen😀. After yesterday's tour in the Westerwald, the continuation followed today. The goal was the Lutter waterfall in Großbartloff. We hiked through the idyllic Luttertal into the Westerwald. Fresh green and a variety of birdsong accompanied us. We climbed up to Gleichenstein Castle via the limestone spring. Actually, we wanted to look at the blossoms in the whitberry tree avenue. But you need a few more days. The wild garlic and other wild flowers compensated us for this. We'll be back in a few days.

After our winter hike in the Heiligenstadt city forest, we wanted to look at the spring-like greenery and the splendor of flowers.

At the same time we had the opportunity to bring this beautiful piece of earth closer to our company.

At the suggestion of Andrea we hiked into the Märzenbecher forest today. Before we reached the forest, 3 deer greeted us in the field. The search for lynx and brown bears was unfortunately unsuccessful 😂. The forest carpet with Märzen cups was simply fantastic! A great sea of flowers. Beautiful!

Today we moved to Dingelstädt. The first stop was a detour to the Kerbscher Berg monastery. The next stop was the Unstrut spring in Kefferhausen. We continued to walk to the Werdigeshäuser Church. Today we hiked uphill and downhill in the snow in glorious sunshine from Holungen to Gerode Monastery. We chose the way back over the Sonnenstein, which today lived up to its name. Weather and snow made it a perfect tour.

Lots of snow encouraged us to take a spontaneous hike to the Sonnenstein. Below the Rote Warte, we chose the path via the Sielmannhütte to Ecklingerode. Before the hot thaw melts the white splendor, we wanted to enjoy winter fun again. We quickly went to the Ohm Mountains near Wehnde. In the Trogberg and Schwarzenberg we still found plenty of snow. We spontaneously laced up our hiking boots 🥾 and set off for Brehme. We made the first stop in Feldmark Teichholz with the Brehme spring. The ponds were wonderfully lit by the sun.
