Nahe

The tour was clouded by unspeakable diversions. There was no joy; time and again we met cyclists in search of the right path. A pleasure, however, if one has bitten through. The grandiose sight of the mouth of the Rhine and the Rhine are a just consolation. What a nice place to stay, you could sit there for hours.

It is just as close to the Nahe as it is in the low mountain range. The Bostalsee is reminiscent of the Edersee, although the dimensions are too different. The commercialization is very depressing. What do all the sailors on the "pool" want?

This section was chosen wisely, as the bike path leads away from the motorways. In fact, as expected, the Nahe Cycle Path runs between Meddersheim and Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg through beautiful landscapes, but not really close to the well-known river. Nevertheless, it was really fun.
