Awesome beautiful tour in a dream landscape. Since on vacation, deliberately hiked comfortably.

Dream tour 🌞🥰 in the highlight area of Mellau. Mega beautiful prospects, there is never a better way. Upper part of the way relatively rough, nevertheless quite a lot of people. Very worthwhile.

Interesting tour (bike and a little hike) in the remote Calfeisental, with Gigerwald reservoir, historic Walser settlement St. Martin (1312) and the Alp Sardona.

Wonderful mountain hike 🤩 to the almost free-standing Lütispitz (1986 m, in the outer western part of Alpstein), where you have an excellent 360 ° panoramic view:

On the (almost) shortest day of the year, I did another super beautiful Alpstein hike with snow conditions 😎 to my favorite alp, Alp Sigel.

At the start in Brülisau at 10:30 h it was already 5-6 ° C, so warmer than in the flat country.

Recorded in parallel with 2 cell phones, data largely agree, except the HM, which is 810 Hm on the other cell phone ... maybe it is more with the cell phone than with Komoot that the Hm is sometimes a bit tight? The planning was at 720 m.

Despite a lot of clouds and a bit of rain, a super nice tour with many changeable moods, pleasant to hike as not so hot, fewer people than usual. And 3 stops in the beautiful mountain inns was also a pleasure. Thank you Femke for the very nice company!

Another short afternoon lap after hiking during the day, weather slightly better but cool.

Very steep ascent on gravel paths, partly pretty close (take off, steer, traction, but the engine still ran very well), over 5 km a good 600 m with gradients of up to 23% (everything driven).

Then 7 km DH in one go.

Crunchy and traily hill-up-down tour (see profile), with some battery-consuming climbs in it (battery consumption 80%).

Ascent from Pfannenstiel via a steep forest path to Alp Soll, I've never seen this path so dry, so a breeze. Then on to the Plattenbödeli (coffee and nut croissants).

On the way between Alp Soll and the Plattenbödeli, quite unexpectedly a small group of chamois 🦌 seen crossing the path just before me… voir plus

Since biking in my region currently makes little sense resp. is even dangerous (fog, mud, snow, ice), today I went on another mountain hike with snow 😍😎 As always lately cloudless blue sky 🌞

Southern slopes are largely free of snow, green and dry, but shady areas with snow and local ice.
