Main-Spessart wandern 2020

Wilhelmsbad is a former spa complex with a state park in Hanau and is now part of the northwest district as a separate district. Wilhelmsbad is characterized by the historic building ensemble of the former spa facility, which is surrounded by an extensive landscape park.

Today we ran a little lap through the weekend house area at Weihertannsee.

We got into the rain 🌧 ... but it was nice anyway. A small round, but the animals alone made it fun.

Today our autumn 🍂 hike went from Johannesberg via Unteraffenbach to Breunsberg and back to Johannesberg. Very nice round ... I had saved this hike and 🤔 unfortunately I don't remember who recorded this tour ... THANK YOU for the tip in an unknown manner 😇

I have never seen so many people hiking.

Lots of couples, families and with dogs ... all greetings and keep your distance ... everything unusual ... a really strange time for everyone ...

Today our hike went in bright sunshine ☀️ from Burgjoss along the hiking trail Spessartfährte Jossgrund ... 🍂☀️🍁 wonderful round.

The bridge was closed to car traffic in 1982. Since then, it has only been passable for pedestrians and cyclists.

This year the question arises: renovation or demolition?

We started at the chapel Maria am Aufgang, you can also take the Bembel to Schimborn, there are about 3 km more to run.

Very nice round with a lot of panoramic views.

Last round after a week of vacation at home ... we would normally have been in Lisbon, but we made the best of it 🌞.

We started the hike at the white villa near the Gelnhausen Clinic. It went past the butter tower and the city wall and up to the panorama path with a view of the Frankfurt skyline. Then on to the log cabin, hour bench and Zolloch, the path led us to a park-like place with a tree avenue and two old oak… voir plus
