The first day of our tour. The last 5 kilometers are missing to protect the privacy of our hosts.

Yesterday we handed over our house to the "Home sitters" so that we can cycle through the country with peace of mind.

Very nice overall. Unfortunately with the typical disadvantages for cyclists. When are there finally gravel sections on federal roads and obstacles that force the driver to get out and push.

Attention: in part almost dangerous! Hard to do with a tandem or bike + trailer on a section behind Bad Tölz. This was planned by a person with no experience in cycle tourism - less friendly: this person was brain-amputated. But a great trail for mountain bikers!

Today we were compensated: best bike paths, only shortly before Traunstein was the bike path WG. Construction site blocked and the alternative was the federal road. You don't overtake a lot of traffic but 2 trikes in oncoming traffic ...

Landgasthof Penn has moved us, now we are at another guesthouse, again many hills

Very easy today, but the start without breakfast :-(

But after 14 km we found a baker who offers breakfast from 7 on Sundays. We saw the rain showers, but we didn't get wet

Much lighter than expected - and always on asphalt

beautiful! A lot of asphalt, a lot of downhill, best weather, what more could you want?

Absolutely great this tour. After a self-inflicted adventure (do not believe unconditionally the navigation) right at the beginning there was one bike path highlight after the other.

Quite easy, but the heat was enormous.

OK, it was hot, very hot. We had enough water on board, even if it was getting warmer. Unfortunately there were 2 problems: the bike path was closed without any indication of diversion. And hardly the opportunity to get something to drink. In addition: very bad roads / paths. We went down the river on… voir plus
