Bergischer Weg

Oh how nice 🤩👍🏻

The 2nd stage of the Bergisches Weg is over! This time it went from Velbert to Wülfrath Düssel.



Mainly through forests and past meadows, with a detour to #schlosshardenberg. The castle is a former moated castle in Neviges, Velbert and belonged to the county of Berg.

On the 3rd stage of the Bergisches Weg, in the Düssel valley.



The way from Wülfrath to Solingen Gräfrath was the most beautiful stage so far. We went almost continuously along streams, the Düssel accompanied us for a long stretch.

The 5th stage of the Bergisches Weg: from Burg Castle past the Diederichstempel to the "cradle of the Bergisches Land". The first castle of the Counts of Berg, who gave the region its name, once stood in Altenberg. The way to today's destination led us over many, sometimes steep, meters of altitude along… voir plus

The 9th Bergische Streifzug is dedicated to the Bergische carters and leads from Marienheide around the Brucher dam.

Aujourd'hui, après ce qui m'a semblé une éternité, Kord et moi étions de retour sur le Bergisches Weg. Après toute la pluie la dernière, nous avons été gâtés par le soleil aujourd'hui. Ici "en bas", les bords des routes étaient même verts.

Bergischer Weg 6th stage: from Altenberger Dom to Bensberg



After a fantastic breakfast at #hotelwisskirchen, we set off early in the direction of Bensberg. Unfortunately, the first few kilometers were difficult to walk due to extensive felling work. Sturdy shoes will be mandatory here for the near future… voir plus
