I have a background as an adult language teacher (Luxembourgish/English) for over 12 years now, and so I’m of course interested in learning and development. I lived in Israel and Northern Ireland. Maybe more relevant as to why I have completed my MA in Learning & Development at the University of Luxembourg is the fact that I’m a member of the Bahá’í Faith (bahai.org). This world-wide community promotes education and is actively engaged in the building of an ever-advancing civilisation.Keywords in Bahá’í discourse are: promoting a culture of change and learning; collective decision-making (consultation), action and reflection; world citizenship.
