A nice tour along the Pegnitz, across meadows and fields and a great destination with the beer garden in Langenzenn. Good bike paths, rarely roads, if then quiet. However, there are few shady sections and a confusing crossing of a major road. A detour to the "solar mountain" behind Fürth on the canal…
It goes almost exclusively through the forest, well feasible with every type of bike. Only twice must the highway be crossed over a bridge, then you are back in the forest.
