Hello, the way around the Straussee is not good for beginners / children because of the many roots and the loose earth / sand. Our son (7) also had to fight a bit and was done after the almost 10 km despite several breaks. The many stones on the forest side are not good for the tires. But we enjoyed being out in the sunshine.
