As soon as we got back from Berchtesgaden, we had to look "in front of the front door" to make sure that everything was right :-)

Wonderful little hike on the Hintersee and the Ramsauer Ache. Crystal clear mountain water and a spectacular view of the mountains.
If you want to do more altitude you can also start in Ramsau.

Berchtesgadener Land - you beautiful country. This is exactly how you imagine Bavaria in the most beautiful dreams! Ramsau is wonderful, and dozens of tours start from here. We were in the Wimbachklamm. Refresh yourself on the way in the Kneipp pool - the result was wonderfully tingly pork legs :-)

One of the most beautiful hikes ever in Berchtesgaden.
Alone the trip with the historic ships from Königssee to Salet (a stopover in St. Bartholomä and fish food) along the Watzmann was a dream. View over the lake, on the steep cliffs - a pleasure. Just like the fresh milk on the Alm :-)

A wonderful hike mainly on the Eisvogelweg, which we have extended a little.

Why wander far away when the good is so close. The W6 in the Fischbeker Heide includes a (small) part of the Heidschnuckennweg. Wonderful circular hike.

Sounds kind of like Austria - but it's much closer to the south of the Elbe :-)
Beautiful, very varied circular route with a few meters of altitude.
We haven't regretted moving to the south-eastern part of Hamburg. Nice to be able to do a great lap at the end of the day. 🙏
