Belle balade d'abord sur la route de La Tranche puis à travers la forêt jusqu'à Longeville. Retour au canal et plus tard sur la piste cyclable.

Back on the racing bike for almost a year. Fortunately, after 1 1/2 hours it was over. The neck, the wrists, almost everything made itself uncomfortably noticeable. The heat and wind didn't make it any easier either.

Today's tour leads from the port of Aiguillon via La Dive to the very small port vieux chenal. In between there are six digues where land was reclaimed again and again from 1801 to 1965.

Finally nice weather on the Atlantic. But after 9 months with the eBike, the BioBike is quite exhausting again, especially the wind makes life even more difficult

Yes, some of them are paths or trails, the whole forest is a dune and accordingly it is also very sandy. For me the 80 m more felt like 800 m ;-)
