Lübeck leaves an extremely negative impression on me. It is almost impossible to get to the city by bike from the north-west (Travemünde). Poel is something for a very quiet vacation - swimming, hiking, jogging, cycling. If you want to get into the water, you should better cycle straight through to the third sandbank - everything is extremely flat.

Power vacation - five hours, five seaside resorts. Well, I've always wanted to know what it looks like when you approach Warnemünde from the west - now I know: like at home! The area around Bad Doberan becomes the Börde and Lütten becomes Klein Olvenstedt.
