The next few days I have a lot of free time, but the weather shouldn't be that great.

So a tour over several days, which is currently very difficult in the mountains.

My choice falls on the Munich Way of St. James.

The hard lockdown prevents a multi-day tour with overnight stays in between.

By car to Andechs Monastery, good bus connection to Starnberg.

Today I have to start running in the opposite direction at short notice. Start in Wessobrunn. The weather today is significantly warmer than yesterday, weak wind and relatively good views of the mountains.

Like every day, I get up again today at 5.00. The daily journey to the start must always be well planned. I leave the car at the destination and then take the public transport to the starting point. The decision of which weekend day I take is made for me. The bus connection on this tour is only possible on Saturdays.

At night and also in the morning it winds and rains with us, on a snowy road to Bernbeuren where I leave my car, by bus via Schongau to the starting point in Rottenbuch.

Contrary to my normal practice of getting to the starting point by public transport, I get on my bike today. It's only 16km.

I complete the route very comfortably so as not to arrive too sweaty at the start of the tour.

I want to hike the tour continuously, there are still about 90 km, i.e. I will have to spend two nights, let's see how it works.
